Our time together will be spent examining and getting rid of limiting thoughts and beliefs that can keep you stuck and feeling lost, confused or overwhelmed so you can move towards clarity, hope and vitality. This stage is about releasing what used to be, to accept what is and to prepare for what can be. I will meet you here with an open heart and an awareness of the tools and techniques to best guide you to the next better feeling stage.
